Let's Talk Crypto

An informal look at what crypto actually is, and its consequences - both good and bad.

What This Is

I've been using and thinking about crypto for years, and I've landed on some fairly strong but grounded opinions along the way. This is where I share them, answer questions, and think out loud with you. It's informal. Bring whatever you've been wondering about, the skeptical questions included.

The Two Sessions

  1. What crypto is: the actual mechanics under the noise. What a blockchain is, what these tokens are, what problems the technology was built to solve, and how to tell the substance from the hype.
  2. The consequences: what crypto has already done in the world, and what it might still make possible. The good, the bad, the overhyped, the underhyped, and where it might be headed.

Schedule

Dates for the two sessions are still being set. If you'd like to be notified when they're scheduled, email me.
