What This Is
I've been using and thinking about crypto for years, and I've landed on some fairly strong but grounded opinions along the way. This is where I share them, answer questions, and think out loud with you. It's informal. Bring whatever you've been wondering about, the skeptical questions included.
The Two Sessions
- What crypto is: the actual mechanics under the noise. What a blockchain is, what these tokens are, what problems the technology was built to solve, and how to tell the substance from the hype.
- The consequences: what crypto has already done in the world, and what it might still make possible. The good, the bad, the overhyped, the underhyped, and where it might be headed.
